100% Patriotic Scarf in 100% Cotton Gauze

It has a CA 00374 made in India tag on one corner and a repeat on the other corner saying it's 100% cotton. Measures 38" square I can't tell if this scarf has been used or cleaned before. It's spotless and the only flaws are the ones you find with this type of cotton gauze fabric. Edges are hand rolled.
