I suspect this tie is new because I had to repair the twist in the adjustable neck band. It might have been warn once, but it shows no signs of this. There is a loop on the back for slipping the small end through but no maker's label. Only one tiny label saying that it's 100% polyester. From top of the knot to the tip it measures 19" 3.5" wide.
