Summer Programs

For the month of July all computer workshops at the TEACH Centre are also free and 2 hours long.
All ages welcome.

Sports Camp, every Thursday (ages 5-13) 10AM to 3PM
Bring lunch.
Drop off: Havelock Public School.
Pick Up: Havelock Arena
A great variety of sports activity will be a fun way to spend a summer's day.

On Friday July 4th there will be a nature walk.
(bring lunch)
Meet at the TEACH Centre at 11 AM

Come and join us Friday nights at the TEACH Centre for family movie nights. We will be showing family-friendly movies at no cost. There will be snacks available for purchase during the movie.

PUBLIC Computer Access

Don't hesitate to stop by and use our computers equipped with high speed internet for $2.00 an hour.
A new set of computers, both with XP and Vista have been added for your convenience.

We also have different printing, faxing and photocopying services available for you.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

There is lots going on at the TEACH Centre and we could always use some helpful volunteers. If you think you'd like to help out with supporting our community events or fund-raising, or just helping out when we need you, contact us!

YOUTH WISE VI

This project will provide up to 24 weeks paid practical construction experience and employment skill support for 10 youth ages 15-30.
Training includes: Aid/CPR, WHMIS, fall protection, YWAP. PPE & more. Applications will continue to be accepted throughout the duration of the program. Remember you don’t pay us, we pay you!
