The lighter blue color of the scarf and the main frame of the hat are made of pure wool spun in Canada.

Applied on top of the hat and along the edges is a luxurious polyester eyelash yarn.

In the center of the flower on top is a fiber optics cat's eye bead

Hat has an Off the Hook Design label sewn in as well as my tag attached.

This is a large hat with a draw string that tucks in to adjust for a perfect fit.

Measure 7.5" from crown to edge, 22" around

The scarf measures, 5" wide by 52" long, including the 4"fringe
