The smaller black amethyst beads in this set are vintage, the tear drop shaped beads are hand made and all slightly different. I picked up some vintage filigree gold plated clasps and once they are used up that will be the end of my dabbling with gold plate. I've used Power Pro braided bead cord. It's very strong. The spacer beads are gold lined glass.

All other findings are gold plated except for the Vermeil ear hooks. Vermeil is gold plate over sterling silver.

This is a one only designed necklace, I won't be making a second one. At least not in black amethyst. I've engraved my initials on the back of the clasp.
